F & Q

Q: Why the product turned off automatically after display?

A: EANOP TPMS 368 is in bigger screen, we designe like this for saving battery power. It is not turned off, it is only go into standby, you could press the power button one time, then will light on. After sencods, it will go into standbay again.But when the tire pressure have problem or sensors moved, the display will alarm automatically.

Q: If Screen go into standby , how can I know whether it has battery?

A: If there is power around 10%, EANOP TPMS 368 will continuely alarm for power low, then you could use Mirco USB charger to charge it (for the solar power charging, due to the sunshine problem, sometimes , charing slowly)

Q: Why display wrong when I put the sensors close to Display?

A: the sensors need to put on tire , then will display, if not put the sensors on tire, all will be displayed wrong because no pressure

Q: Why the sensors (RF or RR, Or LF or LR) can not display correctly?

A: We make sensors completely paired & 100% QC approvael before shipping. if one or two sensors can not display correctly,

then need to pair the sensors , pls see the manuel below, the internal and external same.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
